LumiYouth Store Regulations

These regulations define the rules for using the LumiYouth online store, available at eeewpp-dk.myshopify.com

§1 General Provisions

The LumiYouth online store is operated by the website owner. Contact with the store is possible via e-mail: kontakt@lumiyouth.pl

§2 Orders

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are processed on business days. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation to the provided e-mail address.

§3 Payments

The store accepts payments by credit card, bank transfer, and electronic payment systems. All prices are given in Polish Zloty (PLN) and include VAT.

§4 Delivery

Delivery time is 3-5 business days. Delivery is free for orders over PLN 199. Orders are shipped via a courier company.

§5 Complaints

Complaints should be submitted electronically to kontakt@lumiyouth.pl. The complaint will be processed within 14 business days of its receipt.

§6 Final Provisions

For matters not regulated by these regulations, Polish law shall apply. The regulations come into force on the date of publication.
