LumiYouth Return Policy
At LumiYouth, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you can return it without stating a reason.
Right to Return
You have 30 days to return a product from the date you received your order. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in its original condition.
How to Initiate a Return?
- Email us at kontakt@lumiyouth.pl with your order number.
- Send the product to the return address we will provide in our reply.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the package.
Product Exchange
If you wish to exchange a product for a different one, please contact us via email. We will be happy to help you choose a suitable replacement.
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of products whose packaging has been opened (applies to cosmetics that directly contact the skin).
Return Costs
The cost of returning the item is borne by the buyer. In case of a complaint, LumiYouth covers the costs.
